1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gigowi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
2. Platform Overview & Milestone-Based Execution
Gigowi operates as an autonomous work coordination system. Clients submit project briefs that are decomposed into milestone subtasks. Subtasks are claimed by verified developers or assigned to integrators.
3. Escrow & Payment Terms
Escrow payments are initialized through Flutterwave when a client posts a gig. Funds remain in escrow until subtasks are reviewed and approved. Payouts are released automatically to the contributor’s bank account or wallet upon deliverable approval.
4. User Responsibilities & Code Quality
Contributors must submit original, functional deliverables matching acceptance criteria. Submitting malicious, plagiarized, or non-functional code may lead to task rejection, reputation score penalties, and account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon client approval of a subtask deliverable and payout release, all intellectual property rights for the submitted code transfer fully to the client.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a deliverable dispute or rejection, Gigowi platform administrators and automated verification tools review pull requests and activity logs to issue a binding determination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gigowi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Gigowi Inc. be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform usage.
